Market Order ("buy" or "sell"):

Take advantage of overnight market volatility. Let market movement work in your favour. A Market Order is an order you place to do business at a given rate of exchange. Similar to putting an order to buy or sell a stock at a pre-determined rate, a Market Order allows you to name your price. You can place your order at a rate of your choosing for an extended period of time. You select your rate, place the order and forget about it. Your Globex Trader will be in contact with you as soon as the market fills and will make arrangements to settle the transaction. If the market does not reach your chosen rate you are under no obligation and can cancel at any time.

For your convenience, we can accommodate same-day delivery or if you prefer, settlement within 2 business days.

Foreign Currency Payables:

Globex prides itself on our ease of service and swift completion of every transaction. Understanding today’s hectic business schedule, simply fax us a list of your payables, with the amount due to each, and we will deliver the draft or wire transfers to your office or directly to your payables. Or merely list them to your Trader over the phone and be done with it.

Wire Transfers:

Wherever you need to send any currency electronically, Globex can get it there for you quickly and securely. For further ease and efficiency, we keep your wire information on file, so you don't have to. Electronic Wire Transfers are traceable. In the unlikely event there is a problem, we have the ability to trace, replace and re-issue.

Forward Contracts:

A Forward Contract is a service which allows you to secure today's rate for future use. This insulates you from natural market volatility. It lets you know where you stand in terms of pricing and revenue expectations. Forward Contracts also allow you to take advantage of an attractive exchange rate for future use. You take enough risk in your day to day business; a Forward Contract puts your mind at ease knowing that your exchange rate is fixed.

Incoming Wire Payments:

Globex can receive your foreign currency wire transfers for you at no charge. This will allow you to control when, and at what rate, you switch the currency to Canadian dollars. You will receive more Canadian dollars and not be obligated to the bank's 'counter exchange rate'.
